| Life at 20 |
Life at 30 |
- You were as cool as the number of hours per day you spent chatting relentlessly on phone – not ignoring the large number of sms forwards
- Phone is used only for brief conversations (coz you don’t have too much time wasting over crap). Blackberry and office emails take over
- Weekends at cheap hangouts, wondering what you would do if you had ‘some more money’
- Sunday brunch at a five star, golfing, and a quiet dinner party with friends. Everythings gotta be ‘classy’
- Dreams, ambition and career hopes. A burning desire to prove yourself
- I’ll work as much as I get paid. And I don’t care about the rest
- Flings, flirtations, handmade gifts, promises of love, romantic novels. Life is a bed of roses
- A steady marriage. Maybe a divorce, extra marital (who cares, it’s a trend these days!). Anything to break the monotony of life
- Spending the entire day at a friend’s place when s/he is not well. I’m there to take care of you
- “Oh, s/he is not well. I will call and find out. Don’t have the time for a visit”
- Football in the rain, cricket with street boys, chai at the local shop and a cigarette in hand. This is life
- OCCASSIONAL football in the rain, cricket with street boys, if the beer belly permits. Cigarettes is what keeps life going
- What did I do in the last few years? Nothing much. Just had fun
- What have I been upto? Bought a new flat, gave my wife a diamond ring and saved enough for my child’s education
- Holiday with a bunch of friends at a nearby hill station
- If it’s a holiday, it’s got to be out of country
